A per-person budget is useful only when everyone means the same thing by it. One number may cover an engraved product; another may need to cover artwork, packaging and delivery as well. Set that boundary before comparing gift options.
Send WTx3D your logo, approximate quantity, budget per gift and needed-by date. You can ask for a straightforward option, a step-up option and a more distinctive direction. The purpose is to compare complete choices that fit your brief.
Shipping charges and arrangements are confirmed in the project quote.
Start with the recipient and the total scope
Say who will receive the gifts and why. A new-client thank-you, an employee milestone and a holiday team gift have different design priorities. A recipient's name may matter more than a large logo; a shared team message may matter more than adding another item to a set.
Then state what the budget must include. If all gifts need to reach one office, specify that. If you need separate destinations, identify it as a request for review. Do not assume individual delivery, special packaging or packing by recipient is included.
Compare the same fields
For each option, confirm the selected product, personalization area, shared artwork, individual-name scope, quantity and shipping arrangement. Ask which items are included in the quoted total and which depend on additional review.
Keep a simple comparison with one row per option. Record the final project amount and confirmed quantity together. A headline starting price is not a substitute for the quote for your actual order.
WTx3D's default is a supplied, personalized finished product. An engraving-only quote does not establish the price of a supplied finished gift. The blank itself and the accepted personalization scope have to be established.
Change one important thing at a time
If an option does not fit, decide what you are comfortable changing. It might be the product format, the amount of engraving or whether the gift is a single piece or a set. Changing all three at once makes it difficult to understand what you gained or gave up.
A restrained design can still feel personal. For example, compare a recipient-focused pen with a business card holder, then consider a more distinctive metal business gift if it suits the recipient. Availability and final specifications require confirmation.
Keep the decision tied to the occasion
The most elaborate option is not automatically the strongest gift. A person should understand why it was chosen for them. Use the three-option comparison to choose a useful format and an appropriate inscription, not simply the largest engraving area.
Common questions
Can I ask for options before choosing a product? Yes. The logo, approximate quantity, budget and needed-by date form the initial brief. Add the recipient group and any preferences you already know.
Will buying more automatically reduce the price? Do not assume a discount. Quantity, setup and individual variations belong in the project quote.
Should I buy the blanks myself to save money? WTx3D supplies the selected product in the normal order model. Customer-supplied items are a separate request requiring acceptance and a quote, so discuss that exception before purchasing or shipping anything.
