Two numbers matter, and they are not the same number. The artwork is the printed image. The finished frame is the outside edge — that is the one you measure against your wall.

Each of the four inner frames is a 5" Small — the same part we use for an individual Small piece. That is why a single panel can be swapped later for $30.

Signature Chibi Figures are sculptures rather than framed art: 6" tall or 11" tall on the display base.

Every measurement above was taken with a tape on a finished piece. Custom sizing may be available for select projects — just ask.

Both are real frames, both arrive ready to display, and the Charcoal Matte is included in the price of every framed piece.

Charcoal Matte — our standard frame. A flat charcoal finish with a clean half-inch border around the artwork.

Signature — a premium upgrade with a stepped profile and a wider face, giving the piece more depth and presence on a wall. It measures slightly larger overall: about 9/16" wider across on a Small, about 3/16" on a Large.

The artwork inside is identical either way. The choice is about the frame, not the piece.

The Build Your Own 4-Pack, at 11 23/32" × 11 23/32" (297.6 mm). It is larger than a Large.

That catches people out, because the four panels inside a 4-Pack are Smalls — 4" × 4" artwork in 5" frames, the same parts as an individual Small piece. Four of those plus the surround add up to the biggest thing we make.

Large and Four-Panel are within a sixteenth of an inch of each other. If a Large fits your space, a Four-Panel fits it too.

Yes. Custom orders are proofed before production whenever needed to confirm the image, layout, and overall appearance.

Clear, high-resolution photos with good lighting produce the best results. Close-up portraits of people and pets typically work especially well.

Absolutely. Pet portraits are one of our most popular products and can be created from nearly any clear photo.

Yes. We regularly create family portraits, wedding keepsakes, military graduation gifts, memorial tributes, and other personalized artwork.

Many products are offered framed and ready to display. Product pages will specify frame options and included accessories.

Our artwork is produced using premium 3D printing materials and assembled into display-ready pieces designed for long-term enjoyment.

Yes. Every order is individually produced, inspected, assembled, and packaged in our Texas studio.

The 4-Pack is four separate pieces held in one frame. Each design is its own 4" × 4" layered art piece, sitting in its own recess with its own clips — five frames in total, not one.

Watch a set being opened, all four pieces lifted out, and put back.

Additional framed pieces are $30 each — the same as our single framed pieces — so a design can be swapped later if you want to change the set.

A Four-Panel Single Frame is four images on one panel, in one frame. It is a single piece of art.

A 4-Pack is four separate pieces inside a larger frame. The pieces come out, and each one can be replaced for $30.

Both arrive ready to display. Which one suits you depends on whether you would like one piece or four.

Yes. Many custom products can include names, dates, military units, graduation information, memorial details, and other personalized elements.

Every piece is made to order. Catalog designs typically take about 7-14 business days to produce. For Custom Photo Art, we’ll send you a digital proof within 2-3 business days for your approval; once approved, production and hand-finishing take about 7-14 business days before your piece ships.

If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we'll work to make it right. Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Because personalized items are created specifically for each customer, custom orders may not be eligible for return unless there is a production issue or error.

Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and we'll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Use a dry microfiber cloth or gentle dusting. Avoid harsh cleaners or excessive moisture.

Normal indoor display is recommended. Prolonged direct sunlight may cause colors to fade over time.

Yes. Framed pieces are designed to be display-ready upon arrival.

All products are designed, printed, assembled, and shipped from Texas.

Because the colors are not printed on paper.

Every piece is built from physical layers of PLA, stacked and engineered so the artwork has real depth — depth you can see from across the room and feel with your hand. It changes as the light in your room moves. A flat print can't do that.

Everything is designed, fabricated, framed, inspected, and packaged in our veteran-owned West Texas studio. Nothing is drop-shipped and nothing is resold. On custom photo work, you approve a digital proof before anything enters production — if it isn't right, it doesn't print.

Sometimes the best result is not always the first idea, and sometimes we may recommend a different photo, palette, size, or approach because we believe it will create a better finished piece.
