ABOUT THE PRODUCTS
What are these lamps made from?
Our products are 3D printed using high-quality, durable filament designed for long-term indoor use. Each piece is printed over many hours on professional-grade machines and finished by hand.
They are not mass-molded or injection-produced — every item you receive was printed specifically as a physical object, not pulled from inventory.
Are these really 3D printed?
Yes — entirely. Many of our products require 30–40+ hours of continuous printing, often across multiple machines running in parallel. This kind of long-form printing is not typical for consumer printers and requires tuned, enclosed systems to complete reliably.
We regularly share process footage so you can see exactly how they’re made.
Are there variations between pieces?
Yes, and intentionally so. Because each piece is printed individually, small variations in texture, color blending (especially on multicolor prints), and surface character can occur.
These variations are subtle and are considered part of the object’s character, not defects. No two multicolor prints are ever identical.
Why do these look different from other 3D printed lamps I’ve seen?
Most 3D printed products are designed to print fast and cheaply.
Ours are designed around:
- Long print times
- Controlled layer stacking
- Structural thickness
- Light diffusion
This results in forms and finishes that are difficult to replicate without the same process, time, and infrastructure.
COLORS & AVAILABILITY
Why don’t you offer unlimited color options?
We deliberately limit colorways. Instead of infinite choices, we release products in specific, curated colors or small color runs. This allows us to:
- Maintain quality
- Avoid delays
- Keep each piece intentional rather than generic
Availability may change over time as new colorways are introduced.
Will you make custom colors?
Custom colors are available for our lamp products. It is important to note that opaque dark colors will drastically affect the lamps ability to transmit light. It is more of a glow and does look great on some combinations, like the Fire on the Mountain lamp.
If you would like a custom color, they are available at $50 additional per unique color. Simply click the "custom color" selection and you can specify your selection. We may need to reach out if confirmation is needed.
LIGHTING & POWER
Are the lamps corded or cordless?
Many of our lamps are designed to be cordless, using a rechargeable puck-style light that charges via USB and provides extended runtime (often up to ~10 hours, depending on brightness).

SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged separately and clearly at checkout.
Typical rates
- Mini Lamps: $9.95
- Full Size lamps: $19.95
We do not have "free shipping" deals.
When will my order ship?
All lamps are made in unique, individual batches that often take 3-4 days just to print before finishing.
Unique lamps are shipped within 10 days of order placement. We prioritize quality and careful packing over speed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS (IMPORTANT)
What is your return policy?
We don’t make returns difficult on purpose. We want you to be happy with your purchase of hand crafted illuminated artwork. If you decide the item isn’t right for you:
- Contact us within the return window of 7 days.
- After we reach out to you, we will email you label. Please wrap it up
with the care that it was delivered to you for full refund. - We’ll issue a refund once it’s received
Why are you so flexible with returns?
Because these objects are meant to be enjoyed. If something comes back in sellable condition, it can be resold, gifted, or given a new home to a loving family. We’d rather have the piece appreciated than sit unused.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Items that show ANY damage, wear, or modification probably will not be eligible for a full refund. Custom or one-of-a-kind items are not eligible for return unless damaged on shipment.
CARE & USE
How should I clean the lamp?
Use a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners or solvents. Keep away from direct heat sources
Are these lamps safe to leave on for long periods?
Yes, when used as intended with the provided or recommended lighting components.
Our designs prioritize airflow, heat separation, and material thickness appropriate for LED lighting.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYING
Can I print one of these myself?
Our designs, systems, and processes are protected and not sold as files.
While many people own 3D printers, reproducing these objects involves more than a file — it requires long-duration printing, tuned machines, and coordinated production. We focus on making objects so you don’t have to.
Why trust a small studio?
We show our work. From process videos to finished photography, we aim to be transparent about how these objects are made and why they look the way they do. If you ever have questions, you can reach us directly, we’re real people running real machines.
