What are these lamps made from?
Our products are 3D printed using a high-quality, durable plant-based polymer designed for long-term indoor use.
Each piece is printed over dozens of hours on professional-grade machines and carefully finished by hand.
Are these really 3D printed?
Many of our products require 30–40+ hours of continuous printing, often across multiple machines running in parallel. This kind of long-form printing is not typical for consumer printers and requires tuned, enclosed systems to complete reliably.
Are there variations between pieces?
Yes, and intentionally so. Because each piece is printed individually, small variations in texture, color blending (especially on multicolor prints), and surface character naturally occur.
These small variations are subtle and are considered part of the object’s character, not defects.
Why do these look different from other 3D printed lamps I’ve seen?
Most 3D printed products are designed to print quickly and cheaply.
Ours are designed around intentional tradeoffs:
- Long print times
- Deliberate layer stacking
- Intentional structural thickness
- Light diffusion
This results in forms and finishes that are difficult to replicate without the same level of process, time, and infrastructure.
COLORS & AVAILABILITY
Why don’t you offer unlimited color options?
We deliberately limit available colorways. Instead of infinite choices, we release products in specific, curated colors or small color runs. This allows us to:
- Maintain quality
- Avoid delays
- Keep each piece intentional rather than generic
Availability may change over time as new colorways are introduced.
Will you make custom colors?
Custom colors are available for select lamp products. It is important to note that opaque, darker colors will significantly affect the lamp’s ability to transmit light. This results in more of a glow and can look excellent on certain designs, such as Fire on the Mountain.
Custom colors are available for an additional $75 per unique color. Simply select the “custom color” option and specify your request. We may reach out if clarification or confirmation is needed.
LIGHTING & POWER
Are the lamps corded or cordless?
Many of our lamps are designed to be cordless, using a rechargeable puck-style light that charges via USB and provides extended runtime (often up to ~30 hours, depending on brightness settings).

SHIPPING
How much is shipping?
Shipping is charged separately and is displayed clearly at checkout.
Typical rates
- Mini Lamps: $9.95
- Full Size lamps: $19.95
We do not offer “free shipping” promotions.
When will my order ship?
All lamps are produced in small, individual batches and often take 3–4 days to print before finishing.
Orders typically ship within 10 days of placement. We prioritize quality and careful packing over speed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS (IMPORTANT)
What is your return policy?
We don’t make returns difficult on purpose. We want you to be happy with your purchase of handcrafted illuminated artwork.We want you to be happy with your purchase of hand crafted illuminated artwork. If you decide the item isn’t right for you:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- After we respond, we will email you a return label. Please package the item with the same care it was delivered to you to receive a full refund.
- We’ll issue a refund once the item is received and inspected.
Why are you so flexible with returns?
Because these objects are meant to be enjoyed and lived with. If something comes back in sellable condition, it can be resold, gifted, or given a new home where it will be appreciated. We’d rather see a piece appreciated than sit unused.
Are there any items that can’t be returned?
Items that show any damage, wear, or modification are not eligible for a full refund. Custom or one-of-a-kind items are not eligible for return unless damaged during shipment.
CARE & USE
How should I clean the lamp?
Use a soft, dry or lightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaners or solvents. Keep the lamp away from direct heat sources.
Are these lamps safe to leave on for long periods?
Yes, when used as intended with the provided or recommended lighting components.
Our designs prioritize airflow, heat separation, and material thickness appropriate for low-heat LED lighting.

Can I print one of these myself?
Our designs, systems, and processes are protected and are not sold as files.
While many people own 3D printers, reproducing these objects involves more than a file — it requires long-duration printing, tuned machines, and coordinated production methods. We focus on making the objects so you don’t have to.
