Decide what should match
A wedding-party set can share a motif, wording style, or date without giving everyone identical text. Choose the common element and identify which details will vary. The recipient's name, role, and a personal message are separate choices; including all three may require more space than you expect.
For gifts that will be used after the wedding, consider whether a name alone or a name with subtle occasion wording suits the recipient. A role such as "Groomsman" emphasizes the event. Neither choice is mandatory; give WTx3D your preferred balance.
Create one row for every recipient
Use separate columns for the exact engraved name, product, role if included, and message. Include the couple's own items and any gifts for parents, officiants, or other helpers if they belong in the same order. Keep internal notes separate from the engraving text.
Check preferred names, accents, initials, and duplicate names. Do not rely on the name saved in your phone or an email address. If the wedding date appears on the product, write the month and day clearly and specify the display format you want.
Choose gifts that fit the people
Groomsmen gifts and bridal-party gifts are starting points for the discussion. Flasks or champagne flutes may suit some recipients and occasions, but do not assume alcohol-related gifts fit everyone.
Explain any preferences or restrictions. If the order uses different products, confirm each product's actual personalization options and availability. A matching theme does not mean every item supports the same layout or engraving locations.
Assign one final approver
Have one person combine feedback and send the final list. If a name changes, identify the specific row and version being replaced. Contact WTx3D promptly and ask about the production stage before assuming a correction can be accepted.
Give the date you need the gifts before travel, a rehearsal dinner, or another presentation. That may be earlier than the wedding. A requested date is an input for review, not a delivery guarantee.
Confirm the full order before committing
Start with the bridal-party list, product preferences, approximate quantity, budget and the date you need the gifts before travel or a presentation. You can ask about supplied gift options before choosing every piece. Sending a link or photo is useful for explaining a preference; it does not mean you must purchase that item first.
Ask the quote to specify each selected product, the requested personalization, any different names or messages, and shipping charges and arrangements. If gifts need to be separated by recipient or sent to different destinations, include that request so its scope can be confirmed. Do not assume presentation packaging or split delivery is included.
Review every name together against the proposed layouts, including the longest inscription and any accents. Check that each person is paired with the right product and message. If WTx3D agrees to a proof step, confirm the approval process and schedule for this order rather than relying on a standard number of days.
