What location information helps plan a decorative sign or display piece?
Provide the available width and height, along with a photo showing nearby doors, shelving or other features. Explain the distance from which you want the sign to be noticed. Those details guide the design discussion; they do not establish a material choice or mounting method until the actual product is confirmed.
Should a garage sign imitate a business sign or feel like a personal gift?
A business-style design emphasizes a name and clear identity, while a personal gift may include a nickname or shared joke. Choose the tone that fits the recipient's space. If the design borrows an existing brand's visual elements, separate that reference from any assumption that the artwork is authorized for reproduction.
