Send the exact names, date and location wording. Separate confirmed details from anything still being arranged.
Choose the visual reference
Provide a motif or venue reference and the requested quantity. An illustration is a design request for review, not a guarantee of an exact reproduction.

Personalization questions
Which details belong at the top of a save-the-date magnet design?
The couple's names and event date should be easy to identify because they explain the purpose of the piece. Add a location or other wording only if it is confirmed and useful. Keep optional decorative text separate so it does not compete with the information guests need to recognize first.
Should a save-the-date magnet include the full wedding address?
Include only the event information you intend guests to rely on at this stage. A full address may be unnecessary if details are not final, while a confirmed location can provide context. Keep unresolved venue or schedule information out of final artwork rather than allowing a planning assumption to become an invitation detail.

Write it exactly as it should appear — capitalization and punctuation included. We'll send a digital proof before anything is engraved.
