Frequently Asked Questions
Is a pet memorial made from my own pet's photo?
Yes. A memorial piece is prepared from the photograph you submit. Ready-made breed art is a separate product path.
What photo works best for a pet memorial?
A clear image with a visible face, eyes when possible, defining markings and good lighting, with room for cropping, is the best starting point. A meaningful older or imperfect image may still be reviewed.
Can a memorial include more than one pet?
Several pets may work together when they are close, visible, similarly lit and not crowded. Separate 4-Pack positions may preserve more identity.
Can I add their name, dates or a few words?
Short verified wording may fit on a suitable frame or display. Longer poems, prayers, letters, and private messages are normally better placed on the reverse backing. Spiritual language is used only when the customer chooses it.
Can I include their collar?
Specialty collar and keepsake displays require current availability and compatibility review. Do not mail collars, ashes, tags, fur, or other irreplaceable keepsakes to WTx3D; approved keepsakes should be added at home when possible.
Do you make memorials for horses, birds, rabbits and reptiles?
The Custom Photo path may be reviewed for many kinds of companions. WTx3D must confirm that the source and requested format can produce a strong result.
Is my pet's memorial photo kept private?
Yes. We do not share it publicly without your permission. Memorial and grief-related artwork is treated as private by default.
