Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase of handcrafted illuminated artwork. If the piece isn’t right for your space:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • After we respond, we’ll email you a return label. Please package the item with the same care it was delivered to you.

  • Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions

  • Items showing damage, wear, or modification are not eligible for a full refund.

  • Custom or one-of-a-kind pieces are not eligible for return unless damaged in transit.


Why We’re Flexible

These objects are meant to be enjoyed and lived with. If a piece comes back in sellable condition, it can be resold, gifted, or given a new home where it will be appreciated. We’d rather see a piece appreciated than sit unused.
