Send the exact spelling and one main message. Identify whether initials, a date or a personal phrase matters most if the available area calls for a shorter design.

Ask to review the selected knife and the intended engraving location. A request for another side or a particular placement needs confirmation on that product.

Personalization questions
What wording should I prioritize when an engraving area is small?
Prioritize a name, initials or a short date before adding a message. A narrow area may suit a simple inscription better than a detailed emblem with several text lines. Submit your preferred wording in order of importance so the layout can be adapted to the selected item without losing its meaning.
How do I specify which side of a pocket knife should be personalized?
Use photos of the exact knife and mark the requested location directly on a copy. Terms such as front or back can mean different things depending on how the knife is held. Identify any clip, existing mark or moving component that should be considered when reviewing the proposed placement.
